Account data (name, email, professional title), billing data processed by our payment provider, and clinical content you upload for generating AI-assisted reports.
2. How we use it
To operate the service, generate AI reports, support customers, comply with legal obligations, and improve product quality. We do not train foundation models on private clinical data without explicit consent.
3. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access is scoped via row-level security and role-based controls.
4. Subprocessors
We use vetted infrastructure and AI providers under data processing agreements. A current list is available on request.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to contact@kanoet.com. EU residents have additional rights under GDPR.
6. Clinical responsibility
KANOET outputs are decision support only. A licensed clinician must review and sign off on every report before it is used for clinical decisions.
