1. The service
KANOET MedicalAI provides AI-assisted clinical decision support to licensed clinicians, residents, imaging centers and hospitals. The service does not provide a medical diagnosis.
2. Clinical responsibility
All outputs are decision support and require review and sign-off by a licensed clinician before any clinical action is taken. KANOET does not replace professional medical judgment.
3. Account & subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically at the chosen interval. You may cancel anytime from the Account page; access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload content you are not authorized to process, not to attempt to reverse-engineer the service, and not to use outputs in violation of applicable medical regulation in your jurisdiction.
5. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI outputs are complete, accurate, or fit for a particular clinical purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KANOET MedicalAI's liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
